Influences of Different Kinds of Disinfection Methods on the Germination and Sterilization Effects of Tobacco Seeds

[目的]探索简便、安全、高效的烟草种子消毒方法。[方法]采用7种物理和化学药剂消毒方法对烟草种子进行消毒处理,筛选出简便、安全、高效、消毒效果稳定的消毒方法。[结果]与药剂消毒方法相比,温汤消毒方法具有操作简便、使用安全、消毒成本低廉、适用性广泛等优点,其综合消毒效果最佳。[结论]温汤浸种消毒方法可用作烟草种子的消毒方法。

[Objective] The research aimed to discuss a simple,safe and efficient disinfection method of tobacco seeds. [Method] The tobacco seeds were disinfected by using seven physical and chemical disinfection methods. And a simple,safe,efficient disinfection method of tobacco seeds with stable disinfection effects were screened out. [Result]Compared with chemical disinfection methods,hot-water disinfection method had the advantages of simple operation,safety,low cost,wide application,etc. Its comprehensive disinfection effect was the best.[Conclusion]Hot-water disinfection method could be used as the disinfection method of tobacco seeds.
