摘要
[目的]了解4种不同水稻育秧基质对水稻秧苗农艺性状的影响,为水稻生产提供参考。[方法]采用稻壳、菌糠、混合(菌糠和稻壳同体积)、土壤(对照)4种不同育秧基质,测定水稻秧苗在不同生长期、不同基质的秧苗素质。[结果]不同育秧基质与对照(土壤)基质相比较,秧苗的株高、茎粗、叶绿素、光合速率、鲜重、干重等均无显著差异,其中菌糠和稻壳同体积混合基质中秧苗的综合素质最佳。[结论]稻壳和菌糠可作为育秧基质代替普通土壤,并且能够有效地节约生态资源。
[Objective] To study effects of four different rice substrates on agronomic traits of rice seedlings,provide reference for rice production. [Method] Using four substrates of husk,waste material,mixed waste material and husk with the same volume and soil,the quality of rice seedlings at different times,under different substrates were measured. [Result]Compared different substrates and soil matrix,there were no significant differences on seedling height,stem diameter,chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate,fresh weight,dry weight,and the overall quality of rice seedlings is the best under waste material and husk mixed with the same volume. [Conclusion]Husk and waste material can be used as rice substrates instead of ordinary soil,and can effectively conserve the ecological resources.
