臭氧是保护地球生物的一道天然屏障。大气中臭氧浓度逐年降低、臭氧层破坏,已引起全世界的广泛关注。通过研究人员长期的观察和分析,地球中、高纬度区上空的臭氧层损耗程度较严重,尤其以两极地区为甚。就臭氧的生成、性质和两极地区特殊的地理气候条件对两极地区臭氧层遭受严重破坏的原因做出探究。

Ozonosphere is a natural shield to protect living things on the earth from being harmed by ultra-violet rays. That ozone concentration in the air is on the decrease year by year and ozonosphere is damaged has received attention from around the world. It is witnessed by long term observation and analysis that ozonosphere in the middle and high latitudes has been consumed seriously,with the two poles of the earth being the most seriously consumed. This paper discusses the formation and characteristics of ozone and the reasons why the ozonosphere of the two poles of the earth has been severely damaged by its special geographical and climate conditions.
