摘要 淮南矿区为国家大型煤电基地,由于开采历史悠久,矿业开发区域生态影响及历史欠账问题突出。煤炭开采沉陷区治理需根据现有治理经验,统筹考虑区域水资源量缺乏、水环境污染加剧以及土地资源短缺和城市建设用地紧张的局面进行综合治理。在淮南矿区采煤沉陷地治理分区和采煤沉陷预测的基础上,充分总结矿区沉陷地治理的实践经验,并分不同类型矿井区的沉陷特点,提出规划期内切实可行的沉陷地治理目标和对策,对于淮南矿区沉陷地的生态恢复与治理具有现实指导意义。 Huainan mining area is a large coal power base in China. Because of the long history of exploitation,the ecological problems of the mining area and historical debet problems become prominent. The management of coal mining subsidence land should be according to the existing management experience. We need to consider all the cases including the lack of the water resources in this area,the anabatic water environment pollution,the shortage of land sources and the tense situation of the urban constructive land as a whole by the comprehensive control. Based on the separately administening and prediction of the coal exploiting of the Huainan mining coal exploitation,this essay summarizes the practical experience of coal subsidence land,points out the characteristics of subsidence for different types of coal mine and also come up with some available management targets and solutions for the area in planning period. All of these have realistic guiding significance with regard to the restoring and managing the ecology of Huainan coal subsidence land.
