医用臭氧对难治性复发性阴道炎及HPV感染患者的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of medical ozone on refractory recurrent vaginitis and HPV infection

目的：观察臭氧对难治性复发性阴道炎及人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）持续感染患者的疗效。方法：收集该院自2010年1月-2012年6月收治的难治性复发性阴道炎患者645例及HPV感染患者112例,分别随机分为对照组和观察组,难治性复发性阴道炎患者对照组322例,观察组323例;HPV感染患者对照组56例,观察组56例。对照组采用常规阴道给药治疗,观察组采用FG-008D型臭氧妇科治疗仪进行治疗。观察每组患者治疗前后症状改善情况、症状缓解时间、治愈率、复发率及不良反应等。结果：难治性复发性阴道炎观察组患者治愈率（98.1%）显著优于对照组（91.0%）,但两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组症状缓解时间、治疗后自觉症状VAS评分及复发率等均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。HPV感染患者观察组HPV转阴率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：应用臭氧治疗难治性复发性阴道炎及HPV感染安全有效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of medical ozone on refractory recurrent vaginitis and HPV persistent infection. Methods： A total of 645 patients with refractory recurrent vaginitis and 112 patients with HPV infection were collected from the hospital from January 2010 to June 2012,then they were randomly divided into control group（ including 322 patients with refractory recurrent vaginitis and 56 patients with HPV infection） and observation group（ 323 patients with refractory recurrent vaginitis and 56 patients with HPV infection）. The patients in control group were treated with conventional vaginal administration,while the patients in observation group were treated by FG- 008 D ozone gynecological therapy instrument. The improvements of symptoms,the time of symptomatic relief,cure rates,recurrence rates and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results： The cure rate of patients with refractory recurrent vaginitis in observation group was 98. 1%,which was higher than that in control group（ 91. 0%）,but there was no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The time of symptomatic relief,VAS score of subjective symptoms after treatment and recurrence rate in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. HPV negative conversion rate in the patients with HPV infection in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Ozone is safe and effective in treatment of refractory recurrent vaginitis and HPV infection.
