定安县野生青蛙曼氏裂头蚴感染情况的初步调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解海南省定安县野生青蛙体内曼氏裂头蚴的自然感染情况,分析当地人群感染曼氏裂头蚴的潜在风险。方法:2014年7-12月在海南省定安县当地农村的池塘、河流和农田采集野生青蛙,称完体重后,剖检曼氏裂头蚴,记录其寄生的部位和感染数量,并进行统计学分析。结果:共采集野生青蛙153只,其中感染曼氏裂头蚴的青蛙31只,自然感染率为21%(31/153),总共发现曼氏裂头蚴141条,平均感染强度为4.6条/只,7月份采集的青蛙感染率最高。曼氏裂头蚴寄生部位以青蛙后腿为主,蛙体的感染与其体重大小关系不大。结论:定安县野生青蛙感染曼氏裂头蚴的情况较为普遍,且对人群有潜在的威胁,应对曼氏裂头蚴病的防控采取相应的措施。 Objective= To explore the prevalence of Sparganum mansoni infection in wild frogs from DinKan County and analyze the risk of local population suffering from Sparganum mansoni infection. Methods: From 2014 July-12 months, wild frogs were collected from rural ponds, rivers and farmland in Dingan County. After weighing, the spargana were examined and isolated, the site of the parasite and the number of infections were recorded and analyzed with statistics analysis. Results= A to- tal of 153 of wild frogs were examined and isolated, 31 wild frogs were infected with Sparganum mansoni, the natural infection rate of Sparganum mansoni in wild frogs was 21% (31/153). There were totally 141 sparganaum found in those frogs, and the average was 4.6 per frog, while the highest infection rate of wild frogs in July. Most sparganaum were located in the hind legs of frog, the weight and size of frog body had little relation with infection. Conclusions= The frogs living in the nature are widely infected with Sparganum mansoni in DinKan County, and the corresponding measures should be taken for the pre vention and control of Sparganosis mansoni.
