摘要
采用CFD软件对一栋具有不规则表面的多层建筑进行数值模拟研究,获得建筑表面风压系数分布规律。研究结果发现:当建筑表面非常规则时,表面风压系数呈规律性变化;当建筑表面不规则时,风压系数受表面形状的影响很大,变化规律主要与表面上各部位是否受到来流的直接作用密切相关,而且表面形状对迎风面的影响比背风面大。适用于低层建筑的经验公式模型用于多层建筑时,无法充分考虑建筑层数及表面形状的影响。为了准确预测建筑的通风潜力,需系统地针对建筑层数、建筑体型以及表面及特征的风压系数模型。
Numerical simulation study focus on a multi-storey building with irregular surfaces was done by the CFD software and the distribution regularity of wind pressure coefficient on building surfaces was got. The results shown that, wind pressure coefficient shows a regular change when the building surface shape is very regular, when building surface shape irregular, the wind pressure coefficient is greatly affected by the surface shape and the change regularity mainly related to whether the position on the surface is subjected to the effect of the flow. The impact of the surface shape is greater on windward side than the lee side. The experience formula model suitable for low-rise buildings can' t fully consider the influence of building layer and the surface shape when used in multi-story buildings. In order to predict building natural ventilation potential more accuracy, systematical wind pressure coefficient models with consideration of building layer, building shape and the surface characteristics should be proposed.
