摘要
如何探索品牌化的家政服务培训模式,是摆在我们面前的的一项重要任务。嵊州市以"越乡嫂"为品牌战略,积极推行定单、定点、定向的"三定式"培训模式,大力实施行之有效的培养措施,形成招生、培训、考证、就业、服务一体化的评价体系,每年向社会输送一大批家政服务人才,对于增加就业、改善民生、扩大内需、调整产业结构起到了一定的促进作用。
To explore the brand of the domestic service training mode is an important task in front of us. Shengzhou city takes "Yue Xiang Sao" for the brand strategy, and actively implement "three set" training mode by vigorously promoting the effective way of training. It formed the integration of enrollment, training, employment, research, service in the annual evaluation system, provided a large number of domestic service personnel to increase employment and improve people's livelihood, to expand domestic demand, and played an important role in promoting the development of society.
