摘要
在新一轮基础教育改革的形势下,中小学教师培训工作已相对落后,存在着观念滞后、针对性不强、内容陈旧、方式单一、考评体系不合理等突出问题。为适应新课改的需要,中小学教师培训应贯彻素质教育和终身教育的理念,尊重参训者的主体地位,根据中小学一线教师的教学实际和需要来设计教学内容,因材施教,充分运用现代网络信息技术,促进培训质量的不断提高。
Under the situation of new elementary education reform, teacher training was relatively backward. There are problems such as lag of the concepts, less targeted, obsolete content, and unreasonable rating system. In order to meet the needs of new curricu- lum reform, the teacher training should carry out quality-oriented education and concepts of lifelong education, respect the principal position of trainees. The design of the course content should be based on primary and secondary school teachers in teaching practice and needs, and make full use of modem information technology to promote the continuous improvement of training quality.
