摘要
随着社会政治、经济的发展,物质生活条件的丰富,人们的平均寿命也越来越长,终身教育概念的普及和社会人口老龄化的提高,使得老年教育得到国家和社会的重视。老年教育不仅是增加老年人教养和技能,丰富老年人的精神生活,更是打造学习型社会,实行终身学习的必要环节。本文主要从日本老年教育的发展,实施老年教育的渠道,老年教育的特点这几个方面来探索,并从中寻求对中国老年教育的启示。
With the development of productivity and material living conditions, people＇s average life expectancy is getting longer and longer. As the development of education and social aging population increases, more and more emphasis is put on the education for the aged education. Aged education is not only necessary to rich elderly spiritual life, but also to create a learning society and to implement the lifelong learning. This paper describes the history and current situation of aged education in Japan from the aspects of education policy, implementation channels, and characteristics of elderly education in these areas, so as to explore Japanese aged education, and seek inspiration to reform Chinese aged education.
