摘要
以人参为试材,采用原子吸收光谱法,对吉林省集安市、通化市、临江市、敦化市、蛟河市、桦甸市、抚松县、长白县、靖宇县、汪清县、江源区11个地区采集的生晒参样本进行了微量元素含量测定,其中包括Cr、Mn、Ni、Fe、Zn、Cu、Co和Na元素。结果表明:不同产地之间,除Zn元素外,其余微量元素含量差异均较大。该研究可为人参产地鉴定提供辅助依据。
Taking Panax ginsengas materials,the contents of eight trace elements including Cr,Mn,Ni,Fe,Zn,Cu,Co and Na in suncured ginseng from 11 different regions in Jilin province was determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.These samples were collected in Ji'an,Tonghua,Linjiang,Dunhua,Jiaohe,Huadian,Fusong,Changbai,Jingyu,Wangqing and Jiangyuan city.The results showed that the contents of trace elements showed a large difference in different regions,except Zn.This study would provide assisted proof to determine the region of Panax ginseng.
