规范手术室腔镜管理对围手术期护理质量的价值分析

Analysis of standardized management of endoscopic management on peri operation period nursing quality value

目的：规范性的手术室腔镜管理对围手术期护理质量的价值分析。方法：选取我院2012年6月-2014年5月收治的80例规范手术室腔镜管理前后进行围手术期护理的患者,将其分为对照组（护理前）和观察组（护理后）,分别40例,对比2组患者的护理效果。结果：主刀医生对于手术的过程满意度具有不同的反应,医生对于观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组,说明对于使用了规范手术室腔镜管理前后进行围手术期护理的患者来说,主刀医生对于手术过程更为满意；观察组患者术后的窗口愈合优良率为95%,对照组为70%,对比差异显著,表示规范手术室腔镜管理前后进行围手术期护理对患者的治疗有积极效果,P〈0.05表示对比有统计学意义。结论：规范手术室腔镜管理对围手术期护理能够有效改善患者的身体状况,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the endoscopic management of operation room analysis specification in peri operation period nursing quality value. Methods：Before and after the 2012 June to 2013 in our hospital in June 80 cases of endoscopic management of standardized operation room of peri operation nursing of patients, divided into the control group （ nursing before） and observation group （ care） , respectively 40 cases, nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results：The doctor has a different response to the satisfaction of the process operation, the doctor for the patients in the observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the use of the standard management of operation room for front and rear mirror of peri operation nursing of patients, the doctor performed the operation process for greater satisfaction;the observation group patients for postoperative window excellent healing rate was 95%, 70% in the control group, had significant differences before and after the standardized management, said the operation room of peri operation period nursing of endoscopic has a positive effect on the treatment of patients, said P〈0. 05 had statistical significance compared. Conclusion：Standardized management of operation room mirror could improve the physical condition of patients in peri operation period nursing, enhance the quality of life of patients, should be worthy of clinical promotion.
