摘要
患者女,19岁。左膝丘疹、结节10余年。皮肤科情况:左膝内侧长约15cm条索状瘢痕,两侧见较多淡红、灰红色丘疹、结节。组织病理符合化脓性肉芽肿。诊断:多发性化脓性肉芽肿。
A 19-year-old female patient presented with papules and nodules on her left knee for more than 10 years. Physical examination revealed 15cm length cords scar on inside of left knee with multiple reddish,gray red papules,nodules. Histopathological features was consistent with pyogenic granuloma. Based on clinical and pathological finding,diagnosis of multiple pyogenic granuloma was made.
