摘要
制备了一种以三乙烯二胺(DABCO)为基础的碱性离子液体[DHC3dabco][BF4],在超声环境下以芳醛、丙二腈和5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮为原料,该离子液体为催化剂,在水相中合成四氢苯并[b]吡喃类衍生物。应用该催化剂反应条件温和、反应时间短、操作简便、收率高。在简单活性亚甲基化合物的基础上探讨了其他活性亚甲基化合物与芳香醛及双甲酮的反应。
A basic ionic liquid [DHC3dabco][BF4] based on DABCO was synthesized and used for the preparation of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran derivatives. This ionic liquid was used as a catalyst, and aldehydes, malononitrile and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione were used as raw materials. The reaction was performed in aqueous solution under ultrasonic assistance at room temperature. The synthesis process is a mild, simple, time-efficient one with high yield. Based on the simple active methylene compounds, the reaction performance of other active methylene compounds was also discussed.
