摘要
针对发电机定子长期运行的固有频率仍有可能发生变化而落入共振范围内,造成振动状态逐步或突然恶化的问题,在发电机上定子端部加装一套光学测振系统,用于在线监测发电机定子绕组的端部振动,防止再次出现因端部振动过大导致的恶性事故。为此,介绍了光学测振系统在发电机定子端部测振中的应用情况。事实证明发电机定子绕组端部振动在线监测技术在开展设备状态检修和保证发电机安全运行方面具有重要意义。
Aiming at problem of gradual or sudden deterioration of vibration state caused by probable change of inherent frequency of generator stator which might drop in resonance range, a set of optical vibration measuring system was installed at generator stator end for realizing online monitoring on generator stator winding end vibration and preventing once more terrible accident resulted from excessive end vibration. Therefore, application of optical vibration measuring system in vibration measuring for generator sta- tor end was introduced. Facts proved that online monitoring technology for generator stator winding end vibration was of impor- tance in developing equipment state maintenance and ensuring safe operation of generator.
