在中国的城市化建设三十年进程中,一直伴随着对标志性建筑的追求和标志性建筑的争议。时至今日,依然产生诸多关于标志性建筑议题的原因,正是由于我们对标志性建筑缺乏一个理性的认识和科学的评价。本文从学理的层面上梳理了标志性建筑的定义和目的,比较了五组当代标志性建筑的效果差异,最后提出了对标志性建筑的批评模式,旨在对标志性建筑的决策和评价提供了理性框架。

During China＇s three decades urbanization process, the pursuit of the landmark buildings has been associated with its controversy. Today, there are still a lot of landmark issues just because we lack a rational understanding and scientific evaluation of. the landmark buildings. This paper combed the meaning and purpose of the landmark building from the theoretical level, compared the different effects of the five couples of contemporary landmark. Finally, this paper addressed landmark criticism modes, which is hoped to provide a rational framework for the decision-making and evaluation of landmark buildings.
