厦门旧城区微观城市形态模式与成因研究

Research on the Micro Urban Form Pattern and Genesis of Old Xiamen City

在大规模城市更新的浪潮中,厦门旧城区的保护与城市发展的矛盾如何解决,成为一个迫在眉睫的问题。要想解决好这个问题,首先要深入分析研究厦门旧城区微观城市形态形成与演变背后的机理。本文运用城市形态学方法,选取厦门旧城区最核心的区域作为研究对象,从街道街廓、用地布局、交通流线、产权地块、建筑肌理五个方面,对厦门旧城区微观城市形态进行了分析,并探讨了微观城市形态形成与演变的动因和规律。

In the context of large-scale urban renewal, how to resolve the conflicts between protection for the old town of Xiamen and urban development becomes a pressing issue. To solve this problem well, we must first analysize the mechanism behind the formation and evolution of microcosmic urban form of the old town of Xiamen. This article emphatically uses urban morphology method and selects the core area of the old town of Xiamen as the object to analyze microcosmic urban form of the old town of Xiamen in several ways such as streets and blocks, land layout, transportation streaming, property plots, and building texture, and then discusses the motivation and law of the formation and evolution of microcosmic urban form.
