新型城镇化背景下的历史街区文脉传承探索

An Exploration on the Cultural Inheritance of the Historical Blocks in the Context of New Urbanization

国家新型城镇化是以人为核心的城镇化,在历史街区则要求传承文脉,关注原住民的利益。本文以仁丰里历史街区为例,通过功能布局和业态注入来激活街区活力;通过社会人群结构的完善来保护街区原有的时空结构;通过改造模式和资金平衡的研究来解决了保护开发的相对矛盾,最终实现了街区和谐发展。希望通过本文,加强业界对于历史地区原住民的关注,在新型城镇化背景要求下建设与发展新型人文城市。

The national new urbanization is a new type of people-centered urbanization. It requires caring about the cultural inheritance and the local people＇ s interest. In this paper, an instance of the new urbanization in Renfengli historical Blocks is introduced. It activates the vitality of the street blocks through function layout and format injection and protects the original space-time structure through improving the population structure. Also it resolves the relative contradiction between protection and development through the pattern improvement and the research on funds balance. Based on the methods above, it achieves a harmonious development of the historical blocks. Though this paper, we wish there will be more concern about the local people in historical area and a new type of humanistic city will be constructed in the context of the new urbanization.
