摘要
阐述了研制中温太阳能加热沥青系统的背景,通过分析沥青加温过程,利用清洁能源太阳能,采用被动式利用方式(光热转换)加温导热油,通过导热油循环运行将沥青储罐内的沥青加热到80~100℃,替代传统煤加热导热油方式。系统应用后具有良好的经济、社会效益,减少了不可再生能源煤的消耗量,降低了生产成本,大幅减少生产中有害气体的排放,探索了绿色低碳公路建设新思路。
The development background of asphalt heating system of solar energy with middle temperature is elaborated. The thermal oil shall be heated through analyzing the process of asphalt heating,utilizing the clean solar energy and using the passive way( photothermal conversion). The asphalt in storage tank shall be heated to80 ~ 100℃,to replace the traditional method for heating thermal oil. After the application of system,this leads to a good economic and social benefit,reduces the consumption of non- renewable energy resources,lower the production cost,largely reduces the emission of the harmful gas in product,and explores the new construction idea for highway with green and low- carbon.
