摘要
目的:探讨MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:对本科2012年1月-2014年1月27例胫骨远端骨折患者的疗效进行回顾性分析。其中开放性骨折10例,闭合性骨折17例,按AO/ASIF分型:A2型6例,A3型10例,C1型3例,C2型1例。结果:27例患者均获随访,时间6-24个月。骨折愈合时间3.5-6个月,无骨折不愈合或延迟愈合,无断钉、断板现象,无感染、皮肤坏死病例。按Johner―Wruhs功能评分法,优19例,良7例,中1例,差0例,优良率96.13%。结论:MIPPO技术结合LCP治疗胫骨远端骨折创伤小、最大限度地保护了骨折部位血供,固定可靠、骨折愈合率高、皮肤软组织感染坏死率低、可早期功能锻炼、早期部分负重,疗效确切。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the combined method of LCP in treatment of distal tibial fractures by MIPPO.Method:In our department from 2009 January- 2012 January, 27 patients of distal tibial fractures were retrospectively analyzed.Among them, 8 cases were open fracture, closed fracture were 19 cases, according to AO/ASIF classification, type A2 7 cases, type A3 9 cases, type C1 3 cases, type C2 1 case.Result:27 patients were followed up for 6-24 months.Bone healing time was 3.5-6 months, no nonunion or delayed healing, no broken nails, broken plate phenomenon, without infection, skin necrosis cases.According to Johner scoring system and Wruhs function method, excellent in 19 cases, good in 7 cases, normal in 1 case, poor in 0 case, the excellent and good rate was 96.13%.Conclusion:MIPPO technique combined with fractures, to maximize the protection of the blood supply in the fracture site, reliable fixation, high healing rate, infection of skin and soft tissue necrosis rate is low, early functional exercise, the early part of the loading of LCP in treatment of distal tibial, curative effect.
