混凝实验条件下混凝剂最佳投加量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了达到一级A的排放标准,污水厂出水需要经过深度处理后排放。针对混凝实验条件下混凝剂最佳投加量的研究目的,选取了3种混凝剂,进行了一系列混凝试验,探究适合污水厂正常运行时二沉池出水的最佳混凝剂种类和最佳投药量。实验结果表明:AS、PFS、PAC的最佳投药量分别为210mg/L、135mg/L、80mg/L,比较浊度的去除效果为:PAC>AS>PFS;比较NH3-N的去除效果为:PFS>PAC>AS;比较TP的去除效果为:AS>PFS>PAC;比较TN的去除效果为:PAC>PFS>AS;比较CODcr的去除效果为:PAC>PFS>AS。试验以浊度作为主要考察指标,同时兼顾NH3-N、TP、TN和CODcr等指标,在出水水质符合一级(A)排放标准的情况下,选择PAC作为适合污水厂出水的最佳混凝剂。 In order to achieve the level (A) emission standards,Sewage plant effluent emissions need to go through the advanced treatment.For the purpose of the study of the best dosage of coagulant in the coagulation experimental conditions, three coagulation were selected, a series of coagulation experiments have been carried out.Explore for the best coagulant types and optimal dosage amount about secondary sedimentation tank effluent during the normal operation time of the wastewater treatment plant.The experimental results show that the optimal dosage amount of AS.PFS and PAC were 210mg/L.135mg/L and 80mg/L,turbidity re- moval efficiency was compared and the result was: PAC 〉 AS〉 PFS; NH3-N removal efficiency was compared and the result was: PFS 〉PAC 〉AS;TP removal efficiency was compared and the result was: AS〉 PFS 〉 PAC ; TN removal efficiency was compared and the resuh was : PAC 〉 PFS 〉 AS; CODor removal efficien- cy was compared and the result was:PAC 〉PFS〉AS.Making turbidity as the major study indicator,taking NH3-N.TP.TN and CODer into account.In the case of effluent quality achieved to the level (A) emission standards,Selected PAC as the best coagulant for the sewage plant effluent.
