By Based on Android smart mobile terminal, information and S＆T service system of cotton industry was developed. It can not only provide widely information service, but also provide intellectual and remote science and technology service for cotton industry. This system was benefit for the agricultural production in practice with excellent features as portable,friendly interface and unlimited with networks.
