浅析农科大学生创新精神和实践能力的培养——以安徽科技学院为例

Analysis of the Cultivation of Agricultural College Students' innovative Spirit and Practical Ability——Taking Anhui Science and Technology University as an Example

该文以安徽科技学院为例,在分析农科高校大学生创新精神与实践能力培养现状的基础上,探讨了提高农科大学生创新精神与实践能力的培养途径。提出了优化课程设置,强化实践教学;积极加强校外实践基地建设;实施农科大学生科研创新训练计划;强化农科高校师资队伍建设等提高农科大学生创新精神与实践能力的实现途径。

Taking Anhui science and technology university as an example, based on the analysis of current situation of cultivation of agricultural college students＂ innovative spirit and practice ability, the way of training and improving agricultural college students＂ innovative spirit and practice ability was discussed in this paper. Effective measures such as optimize the curriculum, strengthening practice teaching;actively strengthen ing the outside school practice base construction;implementing the training plan of college students＂ scientif- ic research innovation;strengthening the teachers team construction in agricultural universities were proposed to the way of realization of improving agricultural college students＂ innovative spirit and practice ability.
