益肾敛肺膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated by Yishen Lianfei Ointment

目的:观察益肾敛肺膏治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾两虚型的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为两组各50例,两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组另服益肾敛肺膏,冬季治疗3个月,对比观察两组肺功能、呼吸困难分级和治疗后6个月内急性发作次数。结果:治疗组肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1/预计值较治疗前均有不同程度提高,呼吸困难分级明显改善,半年急性期发作次数明显减少,且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾敛肺膏可明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,减轻呼吸困难,防止急性发作。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Yishen Lianfei Paste on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the type of lung-kidney deficiency in winter. Method： 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. The treatment group was taken with Yishen Lianfei Paste in winter on the basis of the treatment of control group. All the patients were observed with pulmonary function, dyspnea level and acute attacks times within six months after 3 months of treatment. The differences between the two groups were compared. Result ： In the treatment group, the pulmonary function （ FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEV1/predicted ） and dyspnea level improved and the times of acute attacks reduced after treatment. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Yishen Lianfei Paste could effectively improve patients ＇ pulmonary function, relieve breathing difficulties and prevent acute attacks.
