综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:150例随机分为两组,对照组72例用中药烫熨及推拿治疗,治疗组78例与对照组治疗相同的基础上用针刺阳陵泉、委中穴治疗。结果:愈显率治疗组96.2%,对照组73.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on prolaps of lumbar intervertebral disc treated by comprehensive method. Method： 150 cases were divided into 2 groups in random. 72 cases in the control group were treated weith hot medicated compress and Chinese massage while 78 cases in the study group were treated with acupuncture on acupoints Yanglingquan and Weizhong additionally based on the same treatment to that of the control group. Result： The cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate of the study group was 96.2% while that of the control group was 73.6%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Comprehensive method has good effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
