白头翁汤联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎29例观察

Observation on 29 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis Treated by Baitouwong Decoction Combined with Acupuncture

目的:观察白头翁汤联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:58例随机分为两组29例,对照组服用美沙拉嗪肠溶片,实验组用针灸联合白头翁汤。结果:总有效率实验组96.6%、对照组82.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白头翁汤联合针灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Baitouweng Decoction in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Method： 58 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the two groups, 29 cases in each group. The control group were treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets while the study group were treated with acupuncture combined with Baitouweng Decoction.Results ： The total efficiency of the study group was 96.6% while that of the control group was 82.6%.There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Baitouweng Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has the exact curative effect.
