温肾补阳方联合甲状腺素治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症100例

目的:观察温肾补阳方联合小剂量甲状腺素治疗甲状腺功能减退症的临床效果。方法:100例按随机数字表法分为两组各50例,观察组用温肾补阳方联合小剂量甲状腺素治疗,对照组单用小剂量甲状腺素治疗。结果:总有效率观察组96%、对照组72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH等指标较治疗前均有改善,但观察组改善程度更显著(P<0.05)。结论:温肾补阳方联合小剂量甲状腺素治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症效果显著。

Objective： To observe the effect on hypothyroidism treated by Warming Kidney and Replenishing Yang Decoction combined with low dose thyroxine. Method： 100 cases were divided into 2 groups in random evenly. 50 cases were treated with Warming Kidney and Replenishing Yang Decoction combined with low dose thyroxine as the observation group while 50 cases were treated with low dose thyroxine as the control group. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96% while that of the control group was 72%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . After the treatment, the index of both groups improved compared with that of pretreatment, such as T3, T4, FT3, FT4, TSH, but the improvement degree of the observation group was more significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： It has significant effect on senile hypothyroidism that Warming Kidney and Replenishing Yang Decoction combined with low dose thyroxine.
