老年白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术围手术期护理总结

目的：总结老年白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的围手术期护理方法。方法：120例老年白内障患者均行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,术前与患者及家属充分心理沟通,完善术前检查,精心做好眼部准备,术后密切观察患者病情变化,指导患者正确使用滴眼液,做好自我护理。结果：术后1周视力恢复在0.6-1.0,其中视力0.6者18只眼,0.7者35只眼,0.8者39只眼,0.9者33只眼,1.0者11只眼。角膜水肿23只眼,对症处理后水肿消退。120例均无因护理不当而导致的并发症。结论：通过护理人员充分、精心的围手术期护理,可以使老年白内障患者顺利完成白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入,有助于减少围手术期的并发症的发生。

Objective： To study the nursing methods for senile cataract patients in the peri operation period of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Method： 120 cases of senile cataract patients were treated by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Before the operation, with sufficiently psychological communication ＇with patients and their families, we improved the preoperative examination and made good preparation for the eyes carefully. After the operation, we observed the patient＇ s condition changes closely and guided the patients to use eye drops correctly and to do well in self-nursing. Results： One week after operation, there were 18 eyes in the visual acuity of 0.6, 35 eyes in 0.7, 39 in 0.8 eyes, 33 eyes in 0.9, 11 eyes in 1.0. There were 23 eyes in corneal edema, but the edema disappeared after expectant treatment. 120 patients had no comphcations caused by improper nursing. Conclusion： The sufficient and careful nursing by The nursing staffin peri operation period can help the senile cataract patients complete the cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation successfully, with reducing the occurrence of complication in peri operation period.
