摘要
基于C45强度混凝土,以再生陶瓷粗骨料按照不同质量配合比替代天然粗骨料,配制再生陶瓷混凝土(RCAC)试块进行碳化深度试验。试验表明:标准环境下,碳化深度总趋势随陶瓷粗骨料掺量的增加而增加;以一维碳化深度为基准,二维碳化深度约为其1.7倍、三维碳化深度约为其2.6倍;浇筑面的碳化深度比侧面深约1 mm;基于碳化深度试验,提出了再生陶瓷粗骨料混凝土碳化深度预测模型,计算结果与试验数据吻合较好。
Based on the strength of concrete C45 to regenerate the ceramic coarse aggregate in different weight ratios instead of natural coarse aggregate,preparated recycled ceramic aggregate concrete for carbonation depth test.Tests show under standard environment, carbonized depth increases along with the carbonation ceramic coarse aggregate content; carbonation depth in a one - dimensional basis,its two -dimensional carbonation depth of about 1.7 times and its three -dimensional carbonation depth of about 2.6 times;carbonation depth than the side of the casting surface depth of about lmm;carbonation depth on a trial basis,it propose a model to predict the depth of regenerative ceramic coarse aggregate concrete carbonation,the calculation results agree well with experiment.
