摘要
冲填砂浆结石施工技术是对浆砌石施工技术的创新改进,它采用压力水泥浆冲砂,依靠砂浆的冲击力和重力作用填充已摊铺好的堆石体空隙形成结石体。试验通过调整砂浆配合比中水泥用量和用水量,研究砂浆水灰比和灰砂比对砂浆性能的影响,初步确定满足冲填砂浆结石施工技术要求的砂浆配合比,在此试验的基础上提出利用砂浆冲填堆石体的试验方法,验证了利用设计出的砂浆配合比冲填堆石体是可行的,并确定最佳的砂浆配合比,为这种新型的施工技术打下了基础。
Filling slurry stone construction technology is the innovation and improvement of stone masonry damming technology, which actually is filling cement paste into the inter - space of the rock - fill paved before by its impact force and gravity.The influences of wa- ter - cement ratio and cement - sand ratio on the mortar performance are studied by adjust amount of cement and water in the mortar mix tests, and designed to fit the mortar mix of filling slurry stone construction technology. And on the basis of this test conducted on filling tests to find it is feasible to use mortar mix f'dling rock.And on the basis of this test conducted on filling tests to find it is feasible to use mortar mix filling rock and to determine the optimal mix mortar for this new construction technology. The verification of filling up result demonstrate the practical future of construction method.
