摘要
利用气―质联用仪研究黄连木生物柴油(PCME)的化学组成,利用冷滤点测试仪和运动黏度测试仪研究PCME的低温流动性。通过与0号柴油(0PD)、–10号柴油(–10PD)调合来改进PCME的低温流动性。结果表明:PCME主要由脂肪酸甲酯组成,其中饱和脂肪酸甲酯和不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的质量分数分别为18.6%和81.09%,冷滤点(CFPP)为–6℃,40℃时其运动黏度为6.06 mm2/s;PCME与–10PD和0PD调合,在调合比例分别为20%、30%时,调合油的CFPP最低降至–14℃、–12℃;调合油的运动黏度随着温度的降低而逐渐增大,且在相同温度条件下调合油的运动黏度均低于PCME的运动黏度。
The cold flow properties of biodiesel derived from pistacia chinensis methyl ester(PCME)were studied by GC–MS,cold filer plugging point tester and kinematic viscosity tester. Through blending with 0PD and–10PD,the cold flow properties of PCME were improved. The study showed that PCME was mainly composed of fatty acid methyl esters,and the contents of saturated fatty acid methyl ester and unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester were 18.6% and 81.09%,respectively. The CFPP of CSME was –6 ℃,and the viscosity of PCME was 6.06 mm^2/s when the temperature was 40 ℃. The CFPP of blending with 0PD decreased to –12 ℃ when the ratio of PCME was 30%;The CFPP of blending with –10PD decreased to –14 ℃ when the ratio of PCME was 20%;with temperature decreasing,the kinematic viscosity of PCME and blending oils increased. When the temperature was same,the kinematic viscosity of blending oils was lower than PCME.
