浅析淤泥质路基沿海高速公路下的钢管非开挖定向施工

Breif Analysis on Steel Pipe Trenchless Directional Drilling under the Coastal Highway of Silt Roadbed

管道在穿越高速公路施工一般采用顶管,淮盐矿业管道穿过沿海高速的位置临近灌河大桥北侧,地质条件为海於泥,沿海高速建设时采用了水泥粉喷桩加固路基,施工中首次拖管失败,经过重新穿越再次拖管成功,现予以总结,以供类似工程参考。

Generally, the pipes cross highway usually use pipe jacking. The position of the pipes of Huaiyan Salt Mine crossing the highway is near to the north side of Guanhe bridge and the geological condition is sea sludge, when constructing the highway, cement powder spray pile is used to reinforce roadbed . The first drag pipe construction was failed and the second try get successful after re-crossing. This paper concludes the experiences for the references of colleagues.
