摘要
JT1井是中石化金坛储气库项目的第一口井,用于获取地质资料及开展早期造腔试验。针对JT1井生产一年多来,在生产、测腔、修井作业过程中出现的实测体积和计算体积差异大、腔底抬升快、造腔内管断裂/变形、造腔外管变形等异常情况,通过体积计算、软件模拟等方式,从不溶物体积和折算采盐体积对比了体积差异,分析了不同侧溶角对腔体形状、腔体体积等方面的影响,通过文献调研、现场生产参数分析,找出造腔内管、造腔外管变形的原因为储气库井高效造腔、平稳运行提供经验。
JT1 well is the first well of Sinopec Jintan gas storage project which is used to achieve geological data and carry out early cavity building test. According to the big differences appear in actual volume and calculated volume; the bottom of the cavity uplift fast ; the fault/deformation of the inner pipes of the cavity ;the deformation of the outer pipes of the cavity and other abnormal situations during the production, cavity test and well repair more than one year since the JTlwell begin production, this paper analyzes the influence of different side solution angle on the shape of cavity, the cavity volume ere.from volume calculation and software simulation etc. Through literature research, analysis of the production parameters of site, we find out the causes of the deformation of the inner pipes and the outer pipes of the cavity which provides experiences for cavity building of high efficient and stable.
