Because of the excellent performance of Siemens 6SE70 series vector control converter, it is widely used in all walks of life. This paper introduces the Siemens 6SE70 vector control type inverter series common faults in WK12C series rope shovel, and inspection and maintenance methods are introduced with examples also, hope to be helpful to the mainte- nance and repair personnel.
