摘要
根据高层建筑物对地基承载力和变形的要求,结合建设场地岩土工程条件、周边环境的特点和DDC地基处理方法的特点,从技术、经济和施工方便可行的观点出发,对庆阳市某高层建筑地基处理方案进行优化设计,确定采用DDC法地基处理方案.该方法不仅可以消除黄土的湿陷性,又可以大幅度提高地基承载力,地基处理效果良好,在大厚度湿陷性黄土地区具有可行性、经济性和实用性.
In this paper, according to the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and deformation for high-rise buildings, the geo-technical engineering site condition, the characteristics of the surrounding environment and the treatment methods of DDC, from the viewpoint of technology, economy and construction convenience, a high-rise building foundation treatment in Qinyang area is optimized by adopting the DDC method.This method can not only eliminate the collapsibility of loess, but also greatly improves the foundation’ s bearing capacity and the foundation treatment effect is good too.
