摘要 采用三维激光扫描仪对大型储油罐的罐体进行观测,获取点云数据,计算、分析储油罐的半径、垂直度及油罐高度.结果表明:罐壁平均高度偏差、罐壁垂直度最值大偏差、圈壁板内表面半径偏差在可接受范围内,且精度符合规范标准要求.说明三维激光扫描技术应用在大型储油罐罐体尺寸测量中具有高效、准确的优点,对于建设资源节约型社会具有十分重要的意义. This paper introduces size measurement for large oil tank based on 3D laser scanner.The tank’ s radius, verticality and height are calculated and analyzed after the point cloud data were collected by the 3D laser scanner.The results show that the deviation of average height, vertical degree maximum and radius of inner wall surface are all within an acceptable range, meanwhile the accuracy of compliance also meets the standard requirements.It has been proved that this method is more efficient and accurate in large oil tanks size measurement.It is meaningful for constructing resource-saving society.
