How to effectively control waterfowl zoonosis is very important to human health and the healthy development of waterfowl industry. This paper introduces the waterfowl zoonosis and its significance in public health,including avian influenza,West Nile virus infection,staphylococcus,salmonellosis,campylobacter,avian chlamydiosis,candida and colibacillosis,in order that joint efforts would be made to prevent and control the harms of waterfowl zoonosis.
