摘要 以L-酪氨酸为起始原料,经过傅雷德尔-克拉夫兹酰基化反应,再经酯化反应和重氮化反应、最后经Dakin反应合成丹参素,结合IR、MS和1H-NMR对其结构进行确证,并通过外标法对其最终产物进行含量检测,其纯度为98.29%.总收率37.7%.该合成路线简单易操作,反应条件温和,适宜于进行规模化生产. Danshensu was synthesized from L- Tyrosine by four steps: Friedel- Crafts acylation reaction,esterification reaction,diazotization and finally Dakin reaction. The structure of the target product was confirmed by IR,MS,and ^1HNMR,and its purity was determined by external standard method. Danshensu was synthesized in a total yield of 37. 7% with a purity of 98. 29%.The obtained synthesis process of Danshensu has the merits of easy manipulation,mild reactive conditions and large- scale production.
