摘要 目的探讨宁波市不同水产品中挥发酚含量状况。方法采用4-氨基安替吡啉萃取法测定水产品中的挥发酚。结果海水养殖鱼、海捕鱼、海水贝类和淡水养殖鱼中的挥发酚平均含量分别为为0.129、0.169、0.144和0.040 mg/kg;海水产品的挥发酚含量显著高于淡水产品(P<0.05)。结论淡水养殖鱼中挥发酚含量较低,化工污染较轻。海水产品中挥发酚的含量较高,挥发酚污染较明显。应深入调查养殖和捕捞海域环境,加强对酚污染的监控。 Objective The volatile phenol residue in aquatic products in Ningbo was analyzed. Methods The contents of volatile phenol in aquatic products were detected by using 4- amino antipyrine extraction method. Results The average contents of volatile phenol in marine products such as maricultured fish,wild marine fish and shellfish were0. 129,0. 169 and 0. 144 mg / kg,respectively. While the average content of volatile phenol in freshwater fish was0. 040 mg / kg. The content of volatile phenol in marine products was significantly higher than that in freshwater products( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The content of volatile phenol in freshwater fish was lower,that is to say,chemical pollution was lighter. The content of volatile phenol in marine products was higher. It indicated that volatile phenol pollution was heavy. Consequently,it's necessary to carry out further research on the environment of mariculture and fishing area,and strengthen phenol pollution monitoring.
