摘要
依赖化学农药、工业化、全球化的主流食物体系日益暴露出多重食品安全问题,社会各阶层群体纷纷探寻创新型的食物体系来获得安全健康的食品,然而当前新兴的食物体系在发展过程中遭遇很多阻碍。本文意在以服务设计的视角深度解析国内创新型食物体系。通过案例研究方法总结创新型食物体系的基本类型及共同特点。最终结论为针对其特性归纳服务设计的设计策略,为国内创新型食物体系的设计提供思路。
The mainstream of the global food system which is dependent on chemical pesticides, industrialization and globalization has increasingly exposed multiple food safety issues so the innovative food system is explored by all levels of the society, but the new food system has encountered a lot of problems. In the article, the author analyzes the innovative food system in the viewpoint of service design and uses method of case study to summarize 4 basic types and their common features of innovative food system, and finally summarizes the design strategy of innovative food service system design and provides new ideas for domestic innovative food system design.
