摘要
目的分析克氏针张力带及解剖钢板两种手术方法治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的疗效。方法对不同类型的尺骨鹰嘴骨折采用不同的治疗方法。结果对21例患者进行4~16个月随访,平均随访时间10.8个月。按照Mayo肘关节功能评定标准：优15例,良4例,可1例,差1例;优良率90.4%。全部切口Ⅰ期愈合,无并发症发生。结论尺骨鹰嘴骨折以手术治疗为首选,对MayoⅠ、Ⅱ型采用克氏针张力带,对MayoⅢ型采用尺骨鹰嘴解剖钢板固定,临床效果满意。
Objective To analyze the effect of ulnar anatomical bone plates and steel needle tension belt for the treatment of olecranon fracture.Methods We performed different treatments for different types of ulna olecranon fractures.Results All the 21 cases were followed up for 4 to 16 months,with an average of 10.8 months.According to the Mayo elbow function evaluation criteria：excellent results were received in 15 cases,good in 4 cases,fair and poor in 1 case respectively.The excellent and good rate was 90.4%.Fractures were healed primarily in all the cases.Conclusion Surgical treatment is the best choice for olecranon fracture.Steel needle tension belt is more suitable for MayoⅠ and Mayo Ⅱ fractures,and ulnar anatomical bone plates is more suitable for Mayo Ⅲ.
