Morphological Measurements and Clinical Significance of Lumbosacral Angle

腰骶角是测量下腰椎稳定性的一个重要指标,腰骶角的变化将直接导致腰椎的生理曲度和腰骶部的倾斜角度的改变,进而导致腰骶部生物力学发生变化,主要表现为腰椎不稳、腰椎退变及引起腰腿疼痛等临床症状。目前已知的测量方法各有利弊,缺乏统一的临床诊断标准。在临床研究中,需针对不同患者人群、研究目的等灵活选用合适的测量方法进行临床研究,以对疾病筛选、诊断及治疗提供更好的参考。此外,目前关于不同民族间腰骶角的大小是否存在差异性方面,还有待于进一步研究。

Lumbosacral angle is an important indicator to measure the stability of the lower lumbar spine.The alteration of lumbosacral angle will directly lead to changes in the tilt angle of the lumbar and lumbosacral lordosis,which then leads to the lumbosacral biomechanical changes,mainly for lumbar instability,lumbar degeneration,leg pain and other clinical symptoms.Each one of the common methods of lumbosacral angle measurement owns pros and cons.However,we also fail to reach a consensus on standard rules on this.Above all,we should choose appropriate measurement method flexibly according to patients and purpose of our studies to provide better reference for screening,diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Also now whether there are differences existing in the size on the lumbosacral angle between different ethnic groups needs further study.
