摘要
心肺复苏发展至今已有几十年的历史。随着医学的不断发展和进步,心肺复苏的成功率已经有所提高,但是心肺复苏后脑功能的恢复却不尽如人意。如何促进心肺复苏患者脑功能的恢复,成为近年来研究的热点。亚低温治疗是心肺复苏后脑保护的有效方法之一;但是在2013年美国心脏学会(AHA)年会上公布的两项大规模的有关降温治疗的临床研究,却得出了与以往不同的结论。因此,本文就亚低温疗法在心肺复苏中脑保护的作用机制、降温时机、疗效和不良反应等的最新研究进展作一综述。
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) development has been decades of history.With the development of medical progress,the success rate of CPR has been improved;while,the recovery of cerebral function after CPR is not satisfactory.How to enhance the recovery of brain function in patients with CPR is becoming a hot spot of research in recent years.Hypothermia treatment is one of the effctive methods of brain protection after CPR,however,two large clinical studies on low temperature management announced at the annual meeting of the American Heart Association(AHA) in 2013 put forward a different conclusion.In this paper,the latest research progress of the mechanism of mild hypothermia therapy on brain protection after CPR,cooling time,curative effect and adverse reaction are reviewed.
