协同共刺激分子B7-H4参与肿瘤免疫逃逸的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 近年来恶性肿瘤的治疗方法虽然取得了较大进展,但5年生存率仍不理想,寻找新的治疗策略和有效的治疗靶点显得尤为迫切。B7家族是近年来研究较广泛的共刺激分子,其中B7-H4是新近发现的B7家族新成员,对T淋巴细胞介导的免疫应答起重要的负性调节作用。
