摘要
以5个韩国引进的大花蕙兰慢性开花新品种为材料,进行大花蕙兰新品种组培繁育及产业化技术研究。结果表明:大花蕙兰适宜在MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L的培养基上增殖,每瓶生根有效苗数相对较多,达到14.89;茎芽平均高度相对较高,平均高度达到7.10 cm,而且长势良好。适宜生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+白糖20 g/L+花宝5号0.5 g/L,每株平均根数达到4.28,平均根长达到3.55 cm。苗高达到5 cm以上时植株易于成活,种植不宜过深,浇水不宜太频繁。
The mass propagation techniques in vitro were studied for the new cultivars of Cymbidium hybridium with longterm flowering characteristic introduced from Korea.The results showed that the optimal proliferation medium for C.hybridium was MS + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L.Being cultured on which the effective shoots for rooting were relative higher with average 14.89 individuals per bottle,the average shoot height were relative higher with average height 7.10 cm,and the shoots grew well.The optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + sugar 20 g/L + "Huabao 5" 0.5 g/L.Being cultured on which the average root number per individual was over 4.28,and the average root length was 3.55 cm.It was easy for plantlets to survive with the height over 5 cm.It should be avoided to plant the plantlets too deep in the substrate and to water the plantlets too frequently.
