菌根辅助细菌短小芽孢杆菌HR10扩繁条件优化 被引量:5

摘要 菌根辅助细菌(mycorrhiza helper bacteria,MHB)短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)HR10可与外生菌根真菌(ectomycorrhizal fungi,EMF)互作,对马尾松具有显著促生作用。为将短小芽孢杆菌HR10进行规模化应用,在前期对其增殖扩繁培养基成分优化的基础上,对短小芽孢杆菌HR10培养条件(p H、发酵瓶装液量、发酵温度、接种量)进行了试验优化。结果表明,该菌株最适扩繁条件为:p H 6.5、装液量50%、发酵温度28℃、接种量5%。发酵液生物量在此条件下比前期的培养条件下提高了10.4%。 Previous research indicated that Bacillus pumilus HR10 could significantly promote the growth of Pinus massoniana in association with ectomycorrhizal fungi.With the purpose of expanding the application of this strain,the fermentation conditions of B.pumilus HR10 (pH,fermentation broth,temperature and inoculation amount) were optimized based on our previous culture medium optimization.Our results suggested that the optimal fermentation conditions for the propagation of B.pumilus HR10 were pH 6.5,fermentation broth 50%,temperature 28 ℃,inoculation amount 5%.The biomass in the fermentation broth showed an increase of 10.4% comparing with original fermentation conditions.
