门诊儿科常用药品说明书中儿童用药信息的调查分析

Drug instructions information of out-patient pediatric medicine

目的了解儿童用药现状和药品说明书相关提示信息,保障儿童用药安全。方法随机抽取某三甲医院门诊儿科处方300例,统计处方中常用药品,收集查阅药品说明书,对儿童用药信息标示情况进行调查和分析。结果 300例门诊儿科处方中共涉及105个药品品规,其中儿童专用药品27个,占25.71%;成人药品88个,占74.29%。105份药品说明书中,有儿童用药信息提示的96份(91.43%),无任何儿童用药信息提示的9份(8.57%),其中注明"儿童禁止使用"的有4份(3.81%),注明"儿童受年龄限制不适宜使用"的有17份(16.19%),注明"儿童用药尚不明确"的有13份(12.38%),注明"儿童用法用量有特殊要求"的有10份(9.52%),注明"儿童用药其他要求"的有12份(11.43%)。300例门诊儿科处方中,合理处方232例,不合理处方68例,合理率为77.33%。结论某三甲医院门诊儿科儿童使用成人药品的现象较普遍,常规使用的药品说明书中标示的儿童用药信息不够完整,有待完善及加强管理。

Objective To guarantee drug safety for children through understanding the present situation and the drug instructions of children＆#39;s medication.Methods We investigated and made analysis on the labels and information of the out-patient pediatric medicine which were from 300 random sampling cases in a 3A grade hospital.Results A hundred and five drug specifications were related to the 300 cases of outpatient pediatric prescriptions,involving 27 kinds of children’s special drugs （25.71%）and 88 kinds of adult’s drugs （74.29%）.Among the 105 drug instructions,96 instructions had children＆#39;s drug intake information（91.43%）and 9 instructions didn’t have any（8.57%）.Four instructions （3.81%）had the label of “Not for children”,17 instructions（16.19%）had the label of“Not suitable for children under the limited age＆quot;,13 instructions （12.38%）had the label of “Medication for children is unclear”,10 instructions （9.52%）had the label of “Special requirements for Children＆#39;s usage and dosage”,and 12 instructions（11.43%）had the part of “Note：other requirements for drug used in children”.Of the 300 outpatient pediatric prescriptions,232（77.33%）prescriptions are rational.Conclusions Adult medicines are commonly used in out-patient pediatric cases of the 3A grade hospital.The drug infor-mation of the commonly used children’s medicine is not complete,which needs to be improved and management needs to be strength-ened.
