医用脉冲冲洗器在骨科手术中应用的护理研究

Study on the Application of Medical Pulse Irrigators in Orthopedic Operation

目的:探究医用脉冲冲洗器在骨科手术中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2012年2月-2014年2月骨科接收的开放性骨折患者162例,依照随机原则分为对照组和观察组各81例。观察组患者在手术中使用医用脉冲冲洗器冲洗创口,对照组采用常规倾倒法对创口进行清洗。以冲洗时间、洗液用量、二次清创率与术后感染率为考察因素,分析两组冲洗效果的差异。结果:采用医用脉冲冲洗器耗时短、用量少,术后感染率低,而且伤口愈合情况和对照组相比都存在着统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:医用脉冲冲洗器能快速高效的清洗创口,是骨科手术中必不可少的要素,具有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of medical pulse irrigators in orthopedic operation. Methods： 162 cases of patients were divided into the observation group（ 81 cases） and the control group（ 81 cases） randomly. The control group was treated with the conventional method to clean the wounds,while the observation group was treated with medical pulse irrigators. The difference of the washing effect between the two groups was analyzed based on the washing time,the lotion dosage,secondary debridement rate and postoperative infection rate. Results： There was a shorter washing time,fewer lotion dosages and lower postoperative infection rate in the observation group than those in the control group. The difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Medical pulse irrigators can be used to clean wounds fast and efficiently and is an indispensable element in orthopedic operation.
