摘要
原发性喉部恶性淋巴瘤比较少见,属于结外型淋巴瘤,由于喉恶性淋巴瘤发病率低且临床表现缺乏特异性,因此确诊较为困难,常易误诊。笔者收治1例喉恶性淋巴瘤误诊为喉结核,现介绍如下。
Primary laryngeal malignant lymphoma,categorized as extranodal lymphoma,is relatively uncommon. It is difficult to diagnose laryngeal malignant lymphoma and usually easy to misdiagnose it because of the low incidence and the lack of specificity of clinical manifestations.The treatment of 1 case of laryngeal malignant lymphoma misdiagnosed as laryngophthisis is presented as follows.
