摘要
对河北省赛艇运动员进行FMS测试,结果发现:河北省男赛艇运动员的各关节灵活性差、大小腿前后肌群发展不平衡;女运动员的核心稳定性差,对称性差;男女运动员神经肌肉协调能力差,在多维度运动中缺乏稳定性;腘绳肌、腓肠肌和比目鱼肌伸展性都较差,且臀中肌力量不足。建议针对性地解决以上问题并积极开展多维度的动作训练。
This research conducts an FMS test to rowing athletes in Hebei and finds out that the male rowing athletes in hebei have a relative poor joint flexibility and an imbalance of their front and rear muscle groups of legs; while the female athletes have a poor core stability and symmetry; both male and female athletes' poor neuromuscular coordination leads to an unstability in multidimensional movements; hamstrings, gastrocnemius and soleus of both male and female athletes have poor extensibility, and the mesoglutaeus strength is also insufficient. It suggests that the above problem should be targeted for a better solution and multi-dimensional movements training should be carried out for these athletes.
